The IT Support program at Delta College prepares students for entry-level employment in computer support specialist roles. Students learn to configure, monitor, secure, and administer network resources, and develop technical skills in analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems. The program also prepares students for the CompTIA A+ and PC Pro certification exams, enhancing marketability to employers. Classes are held in a renovated 16,500-square-foot IT wing with state-of-the-art computer labs.
