Delta College's Computer Aided Design (CAD) Advanced Certificate prepares students for careers in CAD drafting. Students learn to create detailed computer drawings of products and machinery from engineering sketches and specifications. The program features hands-on training, small class sizes, and state-of-the-art drafting software taught by experienced faculty. Graduates can assist project engineers, prepare basic drawings, or modify finished designs using CAD equipment. The 35-credit, blended-delivery program also provides pathways to transfer toward an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degree.
